A house, referred to as “Annex number 2″, was built on Plot 320/1- the house was for D. Young.  The architect was Rand Overy.

This house became part of the Fairview Hotel- it offered sharing bathrooms until 2000 when it was relocated during the  swimming pool construction.  One of the rooms (room 45) had no windows but was nevertheless in huge demand.  Many a tear was seen during the house’s relocation.
