Tenants can safely walk around and enjoy the gardens, choose from the Hotel's four restaurants and room service, utilize the swimming pool, gym, business centre and the 24 hour reception.  The entire five acre property also has a wi-fi network.

CHARGES

Charges effective January 1, 2008 and include all taxes.

• Occupancy limited to 2 named persons for apartments with one bathroom and 4 named persons for apartments
  with 2 bathrooms. Unfortunately, children are not permitted.
• Apartment is furnished (including bed linen and towels).
• Apartment is serviced (6 days per week; 2 hours per day).
• Apartment is equipped with cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, cutlery, crockery & kitchenware, kettle, iron & ironing board, safe, TV & TV satellite service and voice mail.
• Electricity and water are included.
• Usage of gym and pool are free of charge.
• Tenants are welcome to enjoy Fairview's five acres and to utilise the restaurants, room service, laundry, business centre and other services.

TERMS

• 3 months minimum stay
• 3 months rent in advance
• 1 month security deposit to reserve apartment
